All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped immediately.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time through our tracking page.

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, GlowPod is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
GlowPod is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
